Housekeeping needs to do a better job. A shirt, socks and earplugs left over from last guest. No regular coffee stocked. Sheets didn’t fit bed. New remodel looked great but cleanliness was lacking.

My bed had a dead ladybug in it. There was a ladybug crawling on the wall. The TV did not work. The bathtub had rust on the bottom. The bathroom sink was cracked. The room was so hot that even though I turned it down to 67° it was a sauna. I was told when I checked out that I should not have turned on the heat and opened the window. I would never stay here again.

Front desk staff very friendly. The hotel is under construction/ renovation so some amenities are unavailable (e.g. washer/dryer). Most rooms don't have a refrigerator unless you have a medical or emergent necessity.

Other than the one elevator needing maintenance and the pounding starting extremely early in the morning and continuing all day, the stay was great. Everything was clean, everything was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, the service was friendly, loved the stay.

The room was nice. The curtains would not shut so very light in the room all night. The tub had rust in it and some mold in the grout. It looks like they are revamping the rooms. The floor above me is being remodeled and on Sunday morning workers started early making noise above me, rather annoying!
