Wonderful views

The photos don't do the views justice. It's absolutely breathtaking. And the most peaceful place I've ever stayed. The hosts were so helpful with places that were open as well since the Hurricanes ran thru last year. Even with a few things closed, it was still beautiful and peaceful and I look forward to coming back.

Relax with Waterview & Perfect Location

My wife, 16 year old son & I loved the property. Townhome was on the water with wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico & beautiful sunsets. Was great having a bathroom on each floor. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of towels and toiletries were provided when we arrived. This townhome was 3 floors and wasn’t at all an issue for my wife, son & I. I only mention this as if someone were elderly or had difficulty with going up/down stairs then this townhome wouldn’t be a good fit. We rented a golf cart & had a fantastic time exploring Cedar Key. Only a 5 minute golf cart ride from the pier, restaurants and shops. I would absolutely recommend this property. My family & I will definitely stay here again.

Cedar Key Gem

This is a beautiful and well-appointed property in beautiful Cedar Key. It was very centrally located to all restaurants and shops with both bedrooms and the living room having water views. It's perfect for two couples or a family of 4. It is three levels so keep in mind the ability to walk stairs, though that was not an issue for us. We are in our mid-sixties. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Check-in, check-out was an easy process. The hosts were very accommodating with anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely townhouse in quiet neighborhood

This is a great property. Keep in mind, it is a townhouse and has stairs. It would not be appropriate for everyone. The area was very quiet during our stay. It's within walking distance of most of the Cedar Key restaurants and shops. The townhouse is loaded with utensils. Just about everything needed if you decide to cook.

Great property and location

The townhome was simply perfect! Wonderfully furnished, excellent location and walking distance to city center. Beautiful sunset views from the screened porches. I would definitely stay here again. Whitman by the C is a real treasure!!

Long weekend getaway

This home was wonderful! It rained the first day but it did not matter because the views from both porches were amazing. We were able to cook at the house one night comfortably. We also enjoyed breakfast at 2nd street cafe and the best dinner at 29 north. As usual Cedar Key was a delight!

Lovely place to stay...beautiful view.. but, Smart TVs are hard to watch Football Bowl games because the games are live and the TVs are all apps, so it was hard to watch the college bowl games unless you bought apps.. so, why do you have TVs if you can't watch them??

Get away weekend

2 couples, multiple levels with stairs. Right on the water, quiet residential area. Suggestions for your vacation via email to plan, very helpful. Management very responsive, Mendy, was awesome with helping us with our door lock issues. Fully equipped with all travel needs..very nice place with beautiful view. Extremely clean

Away From the Bustle

Cedar Key is one of my favorite destinations! The stay at Whitman by the C was a first. It was an amazing condo though. Beautifylly remodeled, INCREDIBLE views, furnished well, and many additional 'stuffs' in the kitchen. (Spices, oil, foil, etc.) We didnt use the kitchen much though, too many great resturants!

Relaxing

This townhome is very clean and well-equipped with any and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to anywhere in town just a few short blocks away. Lovely views of the water with screened-in patios. If you are looking for quiet and relaxation this is the place for you. To top it off Cedar Key people are the friendliest of all people anywhere.

Whitman point

The property was very clean and well equipped but a little further from the downtown area than we expected. The internet was almost non existent but otherwise it was a wonderful time. Cedar Key is an awesome little respite from everyday life. Definitely would go back but would probably choose a different location.

Multi family condo

The layout of the property was conducive to a multi-family stay! We loved the fact that there were 3 floors with the middle floor as a common area for us to gather with a bathroom on each floor. The private beach & dock was amazing to have available to us! The rental property & communication manager was pleasant & easy!! We have & would recommend to our family, friends & others as well! Relaxing Getaway

This unit is in the perfect location - within comfortable walking distance of downtown, restaurants, shops and fishing. The layout is perfect for a family with teens or two families traveling together and the unit is incredibly well stocked. It was our first time to Cedar Key and we feel that the online photos don't do this little slice of heaven justice. The stars at night alone were breathtaking. We used the unit as our home base and did a day trip to Crystal River for some kayaking and swimming with the manatees. The sunsets were divine. If I had to list any pre-caution to other travelers, I would plan ahead for the remoteness of Cedar Key. We had planned to catch up on some work during our trip but the WiFi was par for the remoteness of the area. A few texts of explanation to clients and we were left to total "off the grid" relaxation! We highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic place very clean and has everything you could need for a great stay !

Our stay was wonderful. The property managers were amazing! Thank you for taking such great care of us. The property was super clean, had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the house is so cute, big bedrooms. Lots of stairs... makes for good exercise to work off some of the delicious food from down town cedar key. We would not hesitate to book this lovely home again and again!
