Wake up to stunning water views in this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo overlooking the peaceful Gulf bayou. Perfectly situated in the heart of Cedar Key, you’re just a short stroll to quaint shops and seafood restaurants.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy, coastal-inspired space with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and large windows. Sip your morning coffee from the balcony as the beautiful birds soar by, or unwind in the evening as the sun paints the bayou in golden hues.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom both with king size beds and one being a loft in Old Fenimore Mill. This unit is located on the top floor with vaulted ceilings that provide stunning views, giving you a light, airy coastal retreat. The building sits on stilts with covered parking underneath and an additional lot for boat parking, making it ideal for guests who want to bring their own vessel and explore the gulf waters. Old Fenimore is very close to the boat ramp for launching your boat in and out of the water.

Step outside and enjoy the included amenities- a beautiful pool and relaxing hot tub are just steps away. There is also a dock for fishing and a shaded fish cleaning station.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and private balcony for enjoying morning coffee, bird watching and evening sunsets.

Great host and clean condo. We were staying here while enjoying the great fishing that Cedar Key has to offer. The condo had everything we needed and more. The views from the back porch were great; to sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet of this island was very relaxing after being on the water all day. Recommend renting a golf cart and unplugging while on island time.
