We had a really nice stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and everything else met our expectations. The only downside was that the hotel does not have parking available, which made things a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

This is a heritage hotel that has been updated without losing its charm. In the heart of downtown you can walk to shopping and restaurants and enjoy the history of Nelson. Of course, the rooftop hot tub is a must! We will definitely stay again next visit to Nelson

It was a cool room loved the exposed brick and it was spacious and clean. Would have liked some black out curtains and it was disappointing that the body spray in the shower wasn’t working. Otherwise it was a fantastic location to venture downtown. Appreciate that it was pet friendly.
