This is my second stay this summer at Best Western on Baker Street in the beautiful city of Nelson. It is clean and quiet. The staff are very kind and accommodating. It has a great fitness room and convenient parking.

Having Marzano restaurant attached is a game changer. Baker St is very interesting and right out the door. Room was very good. Quiet too.

This hotel is in a great area on Baker Street, close to dining and shops. We were expecting a better room for $250.00 per night. Our room was in the basement (first floor) which was very dark, with a very low ceiling, and a small window looking out onto an alley with vehicle and pedestrian traffic. We did ask if there was a different room available, but there was not. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. Also, the restaurant attached to the hotel was very good.

We come here every year! The hotel is clean, staff friendly and the dedicated parking lot for guests is sooo good (nelson is hard to find parking).

Paid for early check in Said our room was not ready. Gave us a different room not at all what we requested. Power did not work on fridge, microwave, tv was plugged into a power bar with 6 other things . Electricity kept blowing out called front desk 4 time. Late that night offered to move us we were already i bed Next morning at check out gave us 5000 points equivalents of 25 $ i would prefer my money back paid over 300$ for this hotel i would not recommend it.
