The house has two apartments and 4 rooms equipped with everything necessary for relaxing holidays in Val Gardena.



The location is in the hamlet of Ortisei called Roncadizza, which is about 2 km from the centre. It is possible to reach the centre of Ortisei and consequently the Dolomiti Superski facilities in various ways, including free buses and skibuses that stop just 100 metres from the house, in a few minutes by car or bicycle, or in half an hour on foot.



This is also an area particularly suitable for families with children, given the presence of two public playgrounds, the riding stable and the tennis and beach volleyball courts within a 200-metre radius of the house.



Within this perimeter, you will also find several bars and restaurants.



Apartments Alara has a wonderful furnished garden, shared between both apartments, where you can relax and enjoy the sun of the Dolomites.



You will also find outdoor parking, free Wi-Fi and a ski storage room with boot warmers.

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the MUSE.holiday office at Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei

Some properties offer remote check-in at the property with access via code; we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to verify if the property you have booked is among these.

Check-out: In person from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the MUSE.holiday office at Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except for properties with access code).

Not all properties allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In properties where animals are allowed, there is a supplement of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair, and side rail are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the accommodation tax + extras by credit card at check-in.

Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the indoor temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise specified in the listing. If permitted, it is available only after confirmation by MUSE.holiday and at an additional variable cost.

In case of waste of electricity, gas, or other utilities, an additional cost is expected (for example: lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).

It is the guests' duty to open windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let out moisture from the apartment and prevent mould formation. If this rule is not respected and mould is found upon guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.

The property is not equipped with food products such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are to be considered only as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.

If not previously agreed, physical keys, loyalty card, and other accessories provided at check-in must be returned to the MUSE.holiday office at Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise €50 will be charged for key retrieval.

The final cleaning amount only covers standard cleaning. It does not include dishwashing and garbage removal from apartments at designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved garbage will be modified with a variable supplement, based on the extent of extra work hours.
