For a 5 stars luxury hotel, I expect that it will be by more generous. There is no free mini bar in the room except two bottles of water.. Thr free afternoon buffet snack bar offer little food except a few pieces of sushi.

Lovely relais chateaux in a great location.

The hotel is perfectly located within a very short walk to the cable car station to susi alms and close to the centre. The staff were very friendly. Loved the restaurant as they serve really good food and the staff were very attentive. The half board was excellent value. The rooms were clean and spacious too. They have a really nice indoor pool as well

Nice hotel but expensive

The hotel is really great. It has a relaxed environment. The only note that I can say is the lack of cattle in the room. Beside the charges for any coffee or tea .The price of the hotel is high.

hiking and staying in the Italian Tyrol

great stay for hiking in the area. the guide Emanuel was outstanding. Excellent meals befitting a hotel with a Michelin one star restaurant attached. The level of quality at their one star restaurant carries over to the other hotel dinners as well as to breakfast. The hotel is a short walk to multiple lifts going up into the mountains.
