We had broken door lock, told the front desk didn’t get fixed until two days later. One day we were coming back to the hotel, upon elevator opens, a half naked man was inside. The hotel security is too loose. Wifi wasn’t available on Dec 4th. No wifi for 24 hours. Wasted our time with the technician to figure out what’s the problem. We had to use data. The tiny cheap flimsy paper cups were provided to the hotel rooms. We had hard time use them to drink coffee or tea and brush teeth. Breakfast was never served on time. It is supposed to start at 6:30am but wasn’t ready until after 7:15am. The coffee was never hot, if you need hot water for tea you have to ask the waiter. Breads are not fresh, mostly days or weeks old. Waiters in the breakfast room always lurking making people uncomfortable! Gym was fine.

I stayed one night hoping to get some rest before an 8-hour flight. The room had no functioning air conditioning and the hotel staff were unhelpful when I raised the issue. I was unable to sleep and had to leave exhausted. For the price and convenience I expected better — unwillingness (or inability) to fix a basic amenity made the stay unacceptable. Would not recommend

My experience was for two nights, and it didn't live up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. The hotel is dilapidated, and the furniture is dirty and stained. The breakfast was very simple not tasty at all. The staff was excellent, except one! The hotel entrance is extremely chaotic due to the heavy traffic! They allowed me to check in early.

A good hotel and overall very pleasant. Some receptionists could use a bit more of customer service. Some of the words they choose comes out quite rude, but it could also be due to the language barrier.

To start with the room had a musty smell like an old train carriage. There were two paper cups to use for drinks not suitable to reuse and useless. No milk for hot drinks. The bottom sheet didnt reach end of matress nor was it tucked in. The bed was solid and the pillows in the pillow cases literally in two pieces. My husband got an electric shock off the lamp.
