On the website, it states 5 King Bed when we booked it but when we got to the the apartment, the manager said no, its only 1 bed per apartment. Every apartment they have has only one bed so its very misleading as we were 3 people in the booking. Luckily the sofas were big enough to have two people sleep and one person sleeps in the bedroom. Everything else was pretty good. They accommodate a lot of stuff for us. Gave us extra blankets and the views were beautiful. We are right by the locals so you get the hear a lot of busy streets in the morning and quietness in the night.

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
The room, bathroom were not really cleaned properly as there was so much dust in the room, cupboards , the sink in the bathroom had a lot of stains, no means to clean the room were available no hoover or broom. The apartment wasn’t even the one I booked as it looked nothing like that. It was advertised with more than 1 bed but that wasn’t true, the living room looked nothing like then pictures and please don’t make me start with the check in process as the “receptionist “ did not speak English nor French which doesn’t make sense as most people you will have renting an apartment would speak either of these languages,Communication was difficult and I ended up staying in the entrance for God knows how long. It would be so much easier and convenient if the rooms are cleaned and checked before check-in and please give more accurate descriptions to avoid disappointing people. And please also make sure you put people that can easily communicate with customers so make life easier for everyone.
