Tv remote not working. Sheets on one bed had cat hair or pubic hair. ( i had a lint roller and cleaned it ) The other bed had 2 big indents in mattress very awful night. Bathroom door would not close ! And only 2 washclothes. No coffee in the morning. Booked room with microwave Was NOT one.

The Front desk staff were excellent and very kind. The room was pretty bad. The frame for the box spring of the bed had a large piece of metal sticking out from one corner that would definitely take out an ankle if someone was not careful. There are no amenities in the bathroom at all. Other than soap, that. Is it ....no hair dryer or anything like that. Which is understandable for the price paid, but the 3 different types of insects and bugs I had to kill in the bathroom each night and morning were not. .I had Booked about 7 days and asked for a cancelation of the remaining 5 and they were quite nice and refunded it right away. The building was nice, parking area very well Lit and I felt safe in the area and in the hotel but it needs a good refreshing.
