The 1st room, I checked in to the bed was unmade and they had dirty wet towels on the floor. They switched rooms and they had several roaches on the counter and in the bathroom. I then went to the front desk and canceled my reservation and went to a clean and better hotel. And the price was better!!!!!

The room and hotel were dirty and our door to the room looked like someone had broken into it. You could see into the hallway. The elevator was filthy. The tub sounded like my husband was going to fall through it to the next floor. We won’t be staying here again.

The place was filthy, the elevator had buttons missing and sounded like it was going to break, the box spring was bare, there were stains all over the furniture, and over all the place is disgusting.

we had neighbors accross from us who had dogs that barked non stop. I told the fromt desk and come to find out theyve had numerous complaints over a good amount of time because the people have lived there a year. Why would you ignore guest’s complaints rather than get rid of the problem dogs? Are new guests not important enough they don’t deserve to sleep without being woke by barking dogs all night? 4th floor dont go up there if you want to sleep at all.
