Siempre que nos hospedamos en el Hotel El Guarco, la experiencia ha sido excelente. Hemos estado en varias ocasiones a lo largo de los años, incluyendo una estadía de aproximadamente dos semanas recientemente, y en cada visita el trato ha sido excepcional. El personal siempre va más allá para que uno se sienta cómodo y bien atendido. Un detalle que valoramos muchísimo es cómo tratan a mi perro de servicio, Chewie. No solo lo reciben con amabilidad, sino que incluso le ofrecen agua y algo de comida, lo cual hace que nuestra estadía sea aún más especial. Este tipo de gestos muestran una calidez humana que no se encuentra en todos los lugares. Gracias por su dedicación y por hacer que siempre queramos volver.

The property is very well located, with access to restaurants & close to the mall. The staff is awesome, very friendly and always willing to help! Since it's in the main road, it could get noisy at times due to the traffic.

In general the hotel is good and with all the necessary things of a time to rest. The only thing was that the cable tv didn’t work and service wasn’t restored after three days.

The Staff in all areas is very friendly and do their best to provide great service. For instance, the staff in the restaurant was very accommodating on our dietary needs, since my family is allergic to gluten and dairy products. Since the day we visit it was breakfast buffet, they helped us to cook some eggs for us to avoid cross contamination. The only thing that we noticed is that the hotel is could be a little noisy, as is quite close to the main street. (which at the same time is convenient for easy access).

I loved the food and staff. Bed was a bit firm for me but room was beautiful. Only downfall is do not follow the map expedia has linked to this hotel it is the wrong location! Hopefully expedia can update this for future tourists

One of the only large hotels to stay in this area. Unfortunately it’s on a very busy road and traffic is heard 24/7. We enjoyed the Dinning a the staff was very helpful and nice. Parking felt secure as they allowed us to park within the alcove which had a gate and foot security. We stayed here for convenience but did not sleep well at all.
