Nuestro apartamento se encuentra frente a las mejores playas de Cartagena, en un excelente edificio y en el piso 27, con una vista espectacular. Ideal para vacaciones familiares, grupos de amigos o viajes de negocios.
La ubicación del apartamento es estratégica, ya que está rodeada de centros comerciales, excelentes restaurantes, bancos, cajeros automáticos (24 horas), farmacias (24 horas).

Very nice location, neat the beach restaurants and easy to get to the centre. Good internet and had everything we needed. Would have like better communication about how things like the stove, hot water etc worked. Dianna was very nice and helpful but we had a language barrier as our Spanish was limited. It took us a few days to figure out the hot water etc. . Also would have been nice to have some suggestions in the unit about places to go in Cartegena as it was our first time in Columbia.But overall we enjoyed Cartegena very much and felt very much at home in the apartment.

The balcony was amazing. I spent much of my time there enjoying the view and the weather. This apartment was clean and well- furnished. The beds were comfortable. Mayi I was very responsive. We would definitely stay here if we ever come this way again. Oh, and the blackout curtains were a plus!

Very nice apartment, with a great sea view and the beautiful Cartagena walled city. The view from the large balcony is amazing. I spent great hours in the balcony, relaxing time. Two nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds, pillows, the air conditioner is a plus, nice shower with hot water. Nice kitchen with a modern fridge. The host is a great person with very good communication, help me in everything I asked for. I recommend this place 100% percent. Love my stayed in this place.

Spectacular view

The ocean view is hypnotizing from every room in the apartment. Everything was exactly as described. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals, rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, ac is cold. The owners are responsive and helpful. The location is really great with the Bocagrande beach, which we enjoyed on most days, right at your feet. If you want to explore the walled city/Getsemaní, you're only a short drive away. My only advice, which has nothing to do with the apartment, is to stay clear of street/beach vendors selling tours. Buy your tours directly at a tour agency.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche schon etwas mitgenommen und leider gab es erst am 2. Tag (lau)warmes Wasser. Fürs Duschen war das völlig ok, Abwasch dagegen kaum hygienisch möglich. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung.

2 weeks in Cartagena. Had a great time. Our facilities were very good. The only negative was no hot water during our stay. That seems to have been an issue before as it was all in the other reviews. Reached our house a few times always cooperative and helpful unfortunately unable to resolve that solution. It was a perfect setup for two couples. Location location was excellent.

Un endroit idéal pour un repos total!

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec un superbe balcon sur la mer. L'intérieur est propre et bien aménagé. La climitisation dans chaque pièce est très efficace.

Nice stay, beautiful view

We had a nice stay here. We had 5 people, it can sleep 6, but would not recommend more than 6 people. But there are beds for 6! Mayi made check in very easy and was very communicative. The building is very secure, there is a gym, poolbar, door man and nice view. Grocery stores and restaurants near by. We did not go to the beach nearby as it was under construction. In general the beach experience for Boca Grande was not what we were looking for- that had nothing to do with the apartment. The AC worked great. The view was great. The towels were a bit old but they were plenty. We did not find the beds comfortable for us. Washer/dryer in unit is nice and fully stocked kitchen. There is hot water in the showers, it just took some time to heat up (we did not want to waste water at first, but you just have to let it run). Great find for Cartagena/Boca Grande neighborhood.

For me it was good, the view from the 27th floor is amazing. they have an dragon fruit plant in the balcony it bloom the whole week we were there it never happened before so it made my stay welcome

Lovely view, near beach

This property was in an excellent location for the Bocagrande neighborhood, near restaurants and stores. A short ride to Old Town - or walk- allowed us to see the historical center of Cartagena. Only complaint was that the hot water never made it up the tower to the shower so we made-do with luke warm water.
