pleasantly surprised...

fleeting visit to cardiff, and booked this hotel. not heard of before. but impressed rooms that we had were massive, comfortable. and cannot fault for price we paid. definitely will use again when in cardiff again. easy walk to mermaid bay and the lovely eateries there and the beautiful theatre. did not grab food in hotel as previous things booked elsewhere . but looked good from what i saw. thank you

Booked at last minute. Hotel is in a great position for the bay and onward push to airport. Easy to park and electric chargers. Stay in carpark until 2. Check in and facilities are great

Perfect stay

We stayed as we had tickets for the theatre to see Hamilton. We have stayed before and enjoyed it so it was a no brainer to use this hotel. Everything was perfect....no problems.

Not a lot of parking so get there early. Also no kids meals in the restaurant plus the road is so noisy. We were room 511. I didnt see any security and a group of young lads were topless. Lots of people infront of the entrance smoking. I was disappointed overall but the hotel is clean, in good order and the breakfast was good.

Over all a good experience

Easy parking on arrival, friendly customer service & easy check-in. Spacious room with everything needed. Breakfast charge overpriced at £15 per adult per day. Can get quite noisy if you get put in a room facing the main carriageway.
