Really nice hotel , very clean and staff extremely friendly. I highly recommend it. Location isn't great but if you have a car is lots of lovely places around the area.

Our flight was cancelled from London Gatwick, not our fault. So we couldn't get into Italy because The Air Traffic Contol Tower had been infected. So we claimed a refund from the hotel as we couldn't get there and we were not offered any other flight's or solutions, and the hotel refused to refund us and there was nothing we could do about it. Under the Atol protection we were covered but still they refused to refund us. Very poor!

Overall good place to stay, good breakfast, cleanliness and staff. Con: The tap water is not potable and they don’t provide complimentary bottles in the room - all hotels I’ve stayed at provide basic water when tap water is not drinkable. We had to keep running to the grocery store nearby to buy bottles as hotel bottles were way too expensive. Pros: Fully equipped gym, and good spa and wellness services

Professional and helpful

Staff were very accommmodating and helpful with our questions and requests. The spa treatments were excellent and gym also great. Corona situation handled very well. A bit more of a business hotel than vacation hotel.

Wonderful modern hotel, with great rooms and facilities. Carbonia is a small ex coal mining town. There is a supermarket within 5mins walk and a McDonald’s (if you have kids). Train station is 5mins walk from the hotel and it’s an hour to Cagliari. About €5. The hotels half board menu is effectively a set menu which changes each night, no buffet. Sea food is popular. Chicken and vegetarian options are limited. We didn’t find any places to eat out in Carbonia. I recommend hiring a car from Cagliari and exploring the island. The hotel has 2 pool cars. You can hire the hotels car for €59 a day.

Lovely Hotel

Comfortable room with quiet air conditioning and a superb bathroom. The pool area was lovely, nice sun beds and canopies and the pool was a welcome relief from the sun. Lots of choice at breakfast, you would not go hungry. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking and within a short distance of shops and supermarkets.

Hotel, lovely. Local area, lacking

Couldn't fault the hotel. Lovely staff, comfy rooms and cracking breakfast buffet. However, the local area is boring, to be honest. There are a couple of bars and restaurants nestled within the main centre but, apart from that, there isn't a lot to the city. A car is a must to travel to the surrounding beaches!
