We rent whole year round indipendent Vacation house and Apartment from 2-10 pers

Our new villa Limone is located out of the village on private lot of land between olive-trees, green hills and with a panoramic view of the village Gonnesa and the surrounding hills. Child-friendly surroundings. Enjoy the tranquillity on the sun terrace around the house - a barbeque and garden furniture are available in the entrance area. More pieces of equipment: massive wood garden loungers, eat-in kitchen wood cabinets & refrigerator/freezer, oven, leather sofa including chairs, Satellite TV. There are two separate bedrooms, one is a master bedroom with a double bed and latex mattresses, cabinet, commode and two nightstands. In the second bedroom you will find two single beds with a cabinet and nightstands. - - - bathroom with shower, bidet and other amenities. Inexpensive prices. Tourists are still welcome here. Ideal for nature lovers. No mass tourism.

Lovely place to stay in a great location

Great villa to stay with family - completely independent where you can relax and have your own space and privacy. Huge bbq and outside space. Good facilities such as fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and air con. A car is definately needed. Many amazing beaches nearby as well and would definately recommend!

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wer den Südwesten von Sardinien bereisen möchte, findet hier eine optimale Ausgangsbasis. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die auch gern viele Tipps für diverse Unternehmungen geben. Schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, das abseits in reizvoller Landschaft gelegen ist. Grundstück bepflanzt mit Olivenbäumen und anderen Gehölzen. Zeitiges Aufstehen lohnt sich, denn man hat einen sensationellen Blick über die Landschaft, der bei Sonnenaufgang nochmal übertroffen wird. Kleiner Tipp: Wer richtig gutes Olivenöl schätzt, sollte den Gastgeber mal darauf ansprechen...

Gern ein zweites Mal

Ab 26. August 2021 verbrachten wir eine Woche im Ferienhaus von Fam. Kues, nahe Gonessa im Südwesten Sardiniens. Das Häuschen war still gelegen an einem Olivenhain, an Kakteenfeigen und mit einem wunderbaren weitem Ausblick. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und versch. Strände waren mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Besonders angetan waren wir von der Fürsorglichkeit der Gastgeber, die uns bereits frühmorgens mit frischen Früchten verwöhnten. Frau Anja Kues war stets erreichbar und stand damit auf Wunsch immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Zweisprachig. Unvergessene Tage, für die wir uns noch einmal herzlich bedanken Marianne& Michael

Het ideale vakantiehuis op Sardinië

Voor ons het ideale vakantiehuis, o.a. vanwege de ligging, rust en privacy (afgelegen en toch dichtbij allerlei voorzieningen), de vele wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt (zowel langs de kust als in de bergen) en de bouw/inrichting en faciliteiten van het huis. Dit alles zeer goed verzorgd en onderhouden. Kortom: een absolute aanrader!!
