Spacious space and very convenient location.
A very convenient location. 12 minutes walk to the V&A and the local attractions.
A convenient coffee shop belonging to the building and friendly staff at reception.
The check in and check out was a bit disorganized. On arrival, the keys and the paperwork were not ready. On check out, the individual we were to meet for the handover arrived 45 minutes late. However, the communications via WhatsApp were efficient and quickly responded to.
The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped as described on booking.
Great location, excellently well maintained property and courteous staff, however my trip was during the lockdown and most of the facilities were closed.
The room was great but cold, and no hot water for our first day because we thought it was in a timer but it was completely off as far as Hot water. Once it was fixed everything was much better.
Listing calls this a 'Luxury suite', but in reality this is a quite nice self catered apartment with no services at all.
This is a privately owned 1 bed apartment with sofa bed, located in the same building as the actual hotel. This is not made clear anywhere before arrival, or was not to me at least. Upon arrival at the check in desk i was told i did not have a reservation, there was some confusion, then i was told to see the security guard in a cupboard around the corner for a key... strange. At this point, this was where any 'service' ends.
The room does not have any access to concierge, room service or laundry service that you would expect from a 'luxury suite' (it does have a small kitchen and washing machine, but youd have to supply your own washing powder etc).
Parking is a nightmare, with no prior instructions other than there is some parking. Upon arrival i phoned the number on the listing, asked about parking. The guy laughed, told me good luck as its a nightmare and told me to park at the front of the hotel and ask security. I did this (in heavy traffic which is very common at the front of this hotel), only to be told i needed to go down the street immediately before the hotel. It took me 25 mins to get out and back round to where the packing is. The space was big and easy to navigate the car park at least.
All in all, if this had been described as a 3 star self catered apartment i would have been happy, as it is, i was not.
Nice appartment with good facilities. Remember that you book through an agency, and that you have to get in contact with them to arrange the key drop-off. It worked fine
volgens foto en advertentie kom je in een hotel waar bij de kop van de advertentie stond met ontbijt dus niet en we moesten door de achter ingang.
verder stond er bij incheck 11.00 nee we konden op 14.00 uur pas terecht we moesten er wel om 10 uur uit zijn.

Ao chegar ao hotel descobrimos que na verdade o que reservamos era um apartamento com cozinha completa, máquina de lavar roupa, etc!! Isso foi muito bom para nos organizar!!! Fica perto de tudo que fomos visitar, com mercado e restaurantes próximos tb e apesar de ser uns 20km do aeroporto, o tempo de carro até o aeroporto foi de 15 a 20 minutos!!!! Como ficamos no apartamento, não tínhamos direito a café da manhã mas tem um restaurante no hotel que pode ser usado para comprar café da manhã. No Geral foi tudo legal!!!!
A propriedade 414 Cape Royale, apesar de estar localizada dentro do Hotel Cape Royale, é um Apartamento Studio que é administrado diretamente pelo proprietário, não pertencendo ao pool de apartamentos administrados pelo Hotel. Como essa informação não está explicitada no site da Hoteis.com, acaba gerando um certo desconforto aos hóspedes no momento do check-in. No momento que efetuamos a reserva pensávamos se tratar de uma reserva diretamente com o Hotel Cape Royale. Apesar de termos acesso a todas as comodidades oferecidas ao hóspede regular do Hotel Cape Royale, algumas exceções se aplicam: como Arrumação Diária do Quarto e WiFi do Quarto. No geral, essa propriedade de um quarto, sala e quitinete atende muito bem a um casal na Cidade do Cabo. No entanto, a Hoteis.com deve deixar claro para quem está efetuando a reserva se tratar de reserva com o Proprietário. Devido à essa falta de informação, ficamos meio perdidos com relação aos procedimentos da propriedade, o que gerou um certo desconforto com relação aos serviços inclusos na nossa hospedagem.
