wunderschönes ruhiges Anwesen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf dem Weingut. Die Anlage ist wirklich beeindruckend: super gepflegt, toll angelegt und sehr groß (30 Min. Morning Run ohne das Gut zu verlassen sind kein Problem). Die Zimmer sind etwas klein (2 Personen haben Probleme ihre Koffer unter zu kriegen) aber sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Zudem gab es in unserem Fall keine Dusche, sondern "nur" eine Wanne, was das Duschen ein Wenig umständlich macht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Gut an sich verwöhnt mit absoluter Stille und einem wahnsinnigen Ausblick. Abends kann man den Gemeinschaftsraum mit Sofas und Büchern nutzen und den Kamin anfeuern. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Guesthouse - leider ohne Happy End

Eigentlich ist das Weingut sehr schön. Etwas abgelegen, aber man dafür ruhig.....sollte man meinen. Leider ist dem in unserem Fall nicht so gewesen. 2 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern machten jeglichen Versuch sich zu erholgen zunichte. Schon beim Frühstück herrscht so ein hoher Lärmpegel, dass man sich kaum unterhalten kann. Später machen diese Familien dann die gesamte Fläche am Pool für alle anderen Gäste unbrauchbar. Rücksicht ist für diese Familien ein Fremdwort. Die Leitung des Guesthouses interessiert sich leider nicht dafür. Man mischt sich nicht ein, man denkt das das die Gäste ja unter sich regeln können. So etwas ist keine Kundenorientierung. Man sollte sich vielmehr überlegen, was für eine Art Gäste man haben will. Wenn in der Hotelbeschreibung steht, dass man einen ruhigen und erholsamen Rückzugsort und eine Oase der Stille bietet, dann sollte man vielleicht nicht Familien mit Kleinkindern als Gäste aufnehmen. Da ist Ärger vorprogrammiert. Die Beschwerde wurde zur Kenntnis genommen aber sonst auch nichts.....für 130 € die Nacht kann man auf jeden Fall mehr erwarten.

Prachtige locatie, goed verzorgd, mooie kamer. Bediening van de receptie laat te wensen over. Paar keer moeten aanbellen voor we reactie kregen en naar binnen konden rijden. De bike&wine chauffeur, had de volgende dag hetzelfde probleem.
