Golf at the Beach
Escape to this lovely spacious home in Greenways Golf Estate in the Strand. This security Estate has a club house with restaurant and bar facilities, a communal swimming pool, 2 tennis courts and a lovely 7.3 km circular, surfaced walkway that meanders through the estate’s common area, as well as running along the beachfront perimeter of the estate, with direct access to the beach. Outdoor exercise equipment has also been installed on the grass verge in front of the clubhouse.
The house is equipped with back-up power, all year round climate control and mosquito screens. Two of the bedrooms are en suite and the two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom. The main bedroom also has a dedicated office area. A fully fitted kitchen, including an Espresso machine, also offers a washing machine and dryer. Apart from the open plan lounge/dining area, there is a TV room, as well as an indoor braai (BBQ) area. Relax on the deck outside the living areas, which overlooks the 18 hole golf course or enjoy quiet time from the sea view balconies of two of the bedrooms.
The immediate vicinity has many coffee shops, restaurants, shopping centres, as well as a hospital.
There is easy access to the Cape Town V&A Waterfront, the nearby wine regions of Stellenbosch and Franschoek, as well as the scenic Clarence Drive, which takes you via Betty’s Bay to Hermanus. Cape Town International Airport is a mere 30 minutes away.
