A dream view of Lion's Head The living room, the large terrace and two of the three bedrooms, have spectacular views of Lion's Head, which is Cape Town's most famous mountain after Table Mountain. On its slopes, Fresnaye’s luxury villas sparkle like diamonds in the sun and the large palms give a very Mediterranean feel. To the other side enjoy the view of the blue Atlantic Ocean. Skydeck with plunge pool The living room's large sliding doors give access to the penthouse's expansive outdoor space. 'Skydeck' would be the perfect name for this terrace as it is reminiscent of the upper deck of a cruise ship. Feel refreshed after a dip in the private plunge pool and enjoy the outdoor sitting/dining areas. You can also use the large communal pool which is directly accessible from the penthouse. Like being in a house – but better! The penthouse extends over three floors, which gives the feeling of being in a house. However, it has the advantage of the safety of an apartment and being up high provides expansive views over the rooftops of the neighbouring houses. The main floor consists of a spacious living/dining area with open-plan kitchen and large terrace. Stairs lead up to one of the three bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and 270-degree panoramic views. The other two bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs. A quiet location in the middle of everything! Although on a quiet side street, the penthouse is very close to Regent Road, the main street and lively centre of Sea Point - a trendy Cape Town suburb with popular cafes, restaurants, pubs, and various shopping centres. It is also just a short stroll to the sea and the beautiful promenade that stretches from Bantry Bay to Mouille Point adjoining the world-famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

Perfect location 5 mins walking to regent street. The accomadation was clean and had amazing views of lions head. The booking process could have been smoother as the advertised price did not include additional paypal fees and this landed up costing more money than expected. otherwise, overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful time. Location was excellent and the views of Lion's head and the ocean were spectacular. We were met at arrival by a representative of the management company who showed us the unit and answered our questions and the 24/7 doorman was very helpful.The unit was very comfortable with all the amenities that we required. Someone came to clean the unit daily except on Sunday. The pool looked inviting but we didn't use the it as the winter weather was not conducive. Checkout was easy. We had a wonderful time and would be very happy to return.

My family and I had a great stay at the penthouse in Cape Town. The penthouse is clean, modern, fully equipped and is close to the city center (around 3 Euro by uber).There are also a few EU adapters.The view is AWESOME!You can sit on the rooftop terrace and enjoy Signal Hill, Lion's Head and sea view. The area around the apartment is safe and the 24h concierge in the building lobby adds to the security in the building.Parking is also very convenient in the secure building car park. 2 spaces available. Only downside is the third bedroom which is a bit dark and has no A/C. We will recommend this penthouse to everyone who likes to visit Cape Town.
