We were on the 4th floor and everyone was respectful with being quiet and the maid brought us clean towels each day and refreshed the coffee for my husband. The only I didn’t like was it took forever for the water to get hot or even warm to take a shower and the water for the sink never got warm it stayed cold other than that our stay was wonderful. We plan on coming back next year to this hotel.

I loved how close it was to the Convention Center and boardwalk. I was disappointed that the hot tub was cold and dirty. The pool water had foamy stuff floating on the top at 2pm (but they stated it was cleaned). The bathroom had hair in it (as if it wasn’t cleaned before my arrival)

Staff was great but swim up pool was closed, which is what we were looking forward to. Also the water didn’t get hot without running it for 40 minutes. The hotel is in a great location and the few problems seemed to be out of their control but it was still a bummer.

Pool area looks nothing like pictures in the ads. Paint was peeling off the pool bottom and floating around. The hot tub was broke and looked like it hasn’t been used in a couple of years. The rooms are very small, they appear to have been recently updated and was somewhat clean.

Parking is very limited onsite. The staff actually parked in the handicap parking without front desk knowledge, which left me stuck in my spot. The pool is minimally cleaned. No dressers in some of the bedrooms and maybe 5 hangers at best.

Front desk no employee learning. Hope she does it . The cleaning room staff was wonderful. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t that great. There was a wooden ramp right outside our room door good thing we didn’t fall over it.The pool paint was coming up and floating around the pool by the afternoon. It needs an upgrade. Bar was OK had to teach the bartender where to find the remote for the . Was there Thursday to Sunday we managed.
