Peaceful Getaway

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need. Pool area was beautiful with views of the canal. The spa was great for evening relaxation. We had a small issue with the spa but Robert quickly addressed the problem. The home felt very quiet and peaceful. Check in process was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Einmalig schön!

We have been there for the second time as a family with two kids (now 10 and 7). It is just a great place to be: Lovely location and well equipped. Top Haus in top Lage - Danke

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und war echt super. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Hausverwaltung stand uns bei Fragen und einem Stromausfall prompt zur Seite und hat sich direkt darum gekümmert. Wir verstehen sehr gut, dass das Haus viele "Wiederholungstäter" hat. Danke für eine tolle Zeit in Cape Coral.

Back again!

This is our second time staying at this property. We will definitely be back for many more. This home is perfect in every way. From the views from the pool and hot tub to the location of the house to shopping and anything else you may want to do. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Stunningly Beautiful!!!

This vacation home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The owners responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of. Wonderful views of the canal and great location in Cape Coral. Overall a great stay for our family to relax and enjoy this beautiful area. Would stay here again!

AMAZING VACATION!!

This house was exactly as described. It was clean and had your start up necessities, like paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap. The view from the pool looking into the canal was gorgeous!! Loved sitting in the living room and looking out into the canal, but did wish that the curtains went all the way across the sliding glass. I always felt like someone was watching us at night time.🤣. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to make a great meal. All your beach accessories are there also. You literally need to be nothing with you. There’s even 1 fishing pole in case you wanted to fish in the canal. Loved, loved the beach decor of the house. It totally had that Florida beach vibe. You are about 1 mile from Walmart/Publix and so many different restaurants. Short drive to the beaches was a plus. I highly recommend this rental, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks so much for a fantastic vacation!

Cape Coral Paradise

Our stay at Villa Summerland in one word Amazing! The home was exactly as described, clean, and had exactly everything we needed during our stay. The pool was a fantastic end to our day to relax and during the days for some fun! The location was literally in the middle of everything or a short distance to stores, restaurants, beaches, and more. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! Wonderful house and location

Loved the house. Perfect location close to everything we needed. Loved the view of the canal while lounging around the pool. Quiet neighborhood. When we had a question the owners responded within minutes. Also really appreciated the beach equipment in the garage (beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc).

I wish we knew ahead of time about foreign exchange. We live in the US and rented in the US. Shouldn't have to pay the exchange. The pool wasn't cleaned before we got there. It was cleaned the last day there.

Beautiful house

House was exactly as decribed. The main problem was when i booked my credit card charged a foreign exchange charge twice. Once when i booked and another when paid in full. I called vrbo on the 1st charge of $20.69 and he told me to tell the owner and she will reimburse me. She didnt and then the 2nd charge $31.55. When i spoke to the owner on the 1st charge. She said that is just a minimal amount. But she never offered to pay me back. The 2nd thing was at check out the girl asked us to put either the towels or sheets in washing machine. I have rented many places all over and have never been asked to do that. It wasnt a big deal. But when you pay that kind of money to rent. You should have to do anything!!!!!!!!!! Other wise it is a very nice place, a quit neighborhood. Just check with you credit card company before booking.

Cape Coral Favorite

Everything was as expected and more. We now have a new favorite home in Cape Coral. House is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Bathroom by the pool was very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants. Boat lift and access to gulf. We will be back again! Thank you for providing such a great home!

Villa Summerland

The house is beautiful and the location is great, in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, everyday, the solar heating was enough to heat it up to a good temperature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook your meals at the house. The only drawback of our stay was that we had to wash most of the towels before we could use them, because they smelled terribly. This was probably result of broken dryer, which broke just before our arrival , according to the property manager. Mgmt company wasn't able to replace it during our stay, either :-(. Had it not been for this, it would have gotten 5 start rating.

Wonderful relaxing place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the "Villa". The property was exactly as listed, was beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The neighborhood was quiet too. Close to shopping which made getting groceries really easy. We hope to come back!
