Tucked away in SW FL, this home is located in the center of Cape Coral just a few minutes away from all of the essentials including but not limited to grocery stores, entertainment, and all of the food eateries that you can possibly imagine. Cool off from the Florida heat at Sunsplash Water Park or take drive a drive to Fort Myers to enjoy our beaches.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Peaceful and relaxing vacation home

Clean and comfortable with some nice upgrades. The kitchen is lovely and roomy enough for several people to be working at the same time. The countertop is beautiful and a pleasure to work on. The enclosed sunroom was a great place to gather with plenty of seating, and there’s a convenient card table for games. We brought a puzzle from home. We all enjoyed working on it, even my brother-in-law joined in when they stopped by for lunch. We were out on Sanibel Island most of Saturday. It’s about a 40-45 minute drive, which was a pleasant, mostly scenic drive. The rental house was conveniently located. There’s a Publix and a Target close by. Our host was very helpful, and kind, and she was quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
