House is very clean and as described. Pool area and backyard is excellent. We woke up in the morning and had our coffee by the water so peaceful. Neighborhood is quite, a great place to relax and enjoy family on vacation. The little things like dish soap, garbage bags and laundry and dish tabs they provided is such a thought from the owner it makes a difference when tou have some of those items to start your vacation. We would love to stay there again and would recommend house. The beds were a little hard for our comfort but someone else might like the firmness.thats the only thing we didnt care for. Overall excellect stay and location.

A very nice house. Kids enjoyed the pool. It was well equipped with everything you need. The only complaint I have was that it got warm at night when sleeping in the bedrooms. Other than that I would recommend to get this house and I would definitely get again .

Totally enjoyed our home for six nights. Everything was as stated on VRBO. Grocery stores and pharmacy conveniently located. Pool water was 87 degrees as stated. A special bonus were the burrow owls in the neighborhood. Saw about 10 nests! And quite a variety of fish seen off the dock. And the weather was perfect!

Loved our stay. Had all the comfort necessities but we especially appreciated (1) the comfortable kitchen and living room seating (2) fridge with ice maker (3) well stocked miscellaneous supplies (4) copious outdoor seating nooks, including that by the canal (5) prompt availability of mgr by phone . We also liked the many sliding doors , making the interior visible when sitting on the outdoor pool patio. It made for a pleasant scenery, when you get there you’ll see what I mean. Oh , the 2 bikes were great. Tires pumped and ready to ride . High handlebars for a comfy ride. Being on a canal definitely a plus compared to other stays . Highly recommend.

Was not able to enjoy the pool much. The pool water temperature was a chilly 76-degrees. Could not watch TV in the outdoor screened in area. There is a six-lane highway (Veterans), that is within eye shot of the backyard. The traffic noise drowns out any relaxing to be done outside in the Lanai.

We were thrilled to be here again! This is the 2nd time for us. The place was clean, comfortable & close to everything. Publix & Target.We enjoyed the pool area, & the lanai. New Years with the family

We loved the sunny waterfront oasis home! It is clean, modern and has all the amenities and more you need. You can tell the owners care about it! We spent hours in the pool and enjoying the channel from the dock. Even if it was cool outside the pool and lanai were warm and sunny. We went out in the kayaks and rode the bikes around the neighbourhood. Our adult kids loved being able to walk to Target. Everything is close by and Cape Coral is a lovely place to visit . We highly recommend this home and hope to come back soon!! Don is helpful and the whole process was so easy!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this property! There were 5 of us (grandparents, parents, teenager) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The layout was a little choppy, but it was nice that there were a few separate spaces to spread out. We loved the heated pool and the lanai! The location was terrific - right by Santa Barbara and Veterans Highway. The bathrooms were small, and the towels on 2 of the bathrooms were a little thin, but these were minor details. We would definitely come back!
