Amazing

We had an amazing trip. Home was just as described. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including tissues which came in very handy! The view from the master bedroom of the water and bridge was amazing from morning through night. Jay was amazing to work with. Very quick to respond and very helpful. Will stay again!

Spacious home with a fabulous view!

This property is just amazing - the pictures do not do it justice! The house is so spacious and just beautiful! The view outside from the pool and chairs is stunning and so peaceful. Watching the water and the passing boats and enjoying the pool was so relaxing! Jay is an awesome host, very kind and helpful when I asked questions. Highly, highly recommend!

Excellent Choice

The house is beautiful and well kept. Location at the end of a quiet street, but still easy to get to restaurants, grocery store, across the bridge into downtown Fort Myers or towards the coast towards FM Beach / Sanibel Island. Had everything we needed and spent a very comfortable 4 nights here. Would absolutely recommend.

Great house, great view

This house has a great view of the Caloosahatchee River and mid-point bridge. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house was also clean and appears to have been updated in the not-too-distant past. The nightly rental fee is a bit pricey and higher than other rental houses in the area, but I suppose there's a premium for the water-front view.

Waterfront Views!

We came in town to see our Florida family and this place was a great home to entertain all of us! We swam in the pool every day, fished right of the dock and enjoyed the beautiful waterfront views. The kitchen/family/dining is an open concept with a lot of counter space and room for all. We had groceries delivered from Instacart, but easy enough to access local groceries and dining. Jay was great and very responsive.
