Easy access to water

We stayed at this home for a week the first week in April. The location is perfect if you have a boat or rent one. 5 minutes max to the main river.The house was as described in the pictures with many additional items, kayaks, fishing poles, bikes.The pool was heated and great outdoor space.The house was clean

Awesome stay

Property is much better than photo. Amazing pool and kayak area. My kids and we really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was not clean but when I contacted property manager they immediately came and fix the issue. I would really recommend this particular property and enjoyed my entire three days stay in this home.

Summer vacation

This was our first rental not on the ocean. The ability to rent a boat and have it behind the house whenever we wanted to go was great so we could get out to the Gulf of Mexico. Wish we would have known we could not use the boat lift prior to renting a boat but it worked out. The house is in a nice neighborhood. Could use a little TLC, but I would recommend the location to others.

Love the Location!

We have stayed in Cape Coral several times and this location has been our favorite. Near the yacht club, on a canal not too far from the Caloosahatchee River. The pool faces west, so you get the nice warm afternoon sun to maximize your time in the pool ( which my 3 sons couldn't get enough of). There were kayaks for our use which was lots of fun. The garage also had sand toys and chairs and a cooler we could take to the beach. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed. Some parts were dated, but that did not hinder our good time at all!

Pleasant Winter Escape

We enjoyed being in the sun and on the water in this comfortable house in SW Florida during the winter. It was very relaxing and just what we needed to get away from the Appalachian winter.

Parents Getaway

The location was wonderful-easy drive to stores and easy boat access to waterways. We rented a boat and it was so nice to have it docked right at our house, we spent all day exploring the nearby islands, mangroves, and being out on the water. The patio and pool area was wonderful, we ate dinner outside each night and cooled off in the pool after being outside all day. Loved the pass-through window between the kitchen and patio! The ceiling fans in the house created a nice comfortable temperature in the house.
