New bar inside so that you may enjoy your time rain or shine. Home includes all new kitchen appliances and amenities, washer/dryer. Beautifully decorated. Perfect family vacation home. Close proximity to Punta Gorda, Ft Myers, Venice beaches.

Strip all used sheets and put in laundry room, along with any used towels.

We have a cleaning service that will completely clean our home and disinfect between guests.

Beautiful Pool Home

Nancy’s communication was stellar. The property was beautifully landscaped and the pool being enclosed by the birdcage was wonderful to keep the bugs away. We were able to entertain on the back porch and take a relaxing dip in the pool. The dock was a hit with the fisherman family members. I would love to come back again next vacation.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home that had everything we needed for a fun family vacation. The pool was really lovely with gorgeous views of the canal. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock and caught several fish. Nancy was very helpful and responsive - a great host!
