This cozy, spacious, waterfront home provides all the amenities you’ll need for your stay in the Cape Coral Yacht Club area. This property is within a 5 minute drive to downtown Cape Coral and a 7 minute boat ride from the homes dock to the open water. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing “stay at home” or a “get out and explore” type of vacation… Offering the best of both worlds. Surrounded by many shops and delicious restaurants to try. This family friendly home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a full sleeper sofa in the sitting room. Soak up the sun during the day and enjoy dinners under the lanai in the evening, keeping an eye out for dolphins and manatees. New dock installed February 2023 is perfect for fishing. One of the greatest features is the outdoor space, where you are able to grill, eat your meals, and enjoy the outdoor tv all while enjoying the pool and canal view.

Beautiful home and location

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful,spacious and clean. Lindsey was very responsive and ensured everything was good for our stay. The location is close to everything, esp the boat tours at Rumrunners. The pool was great for R&R between goimg out and plenty of shopping close by. I would definitely recommend renting here for a visit to Cape Coral.
