Rude clerk. {Matt} Very noisy at night. Maids were good. Beds old and too small.

Is is the 6th time I've stayed here, all good here, best bang for your buck. you can't ask for better, clean, nice friendly staff, restaurant on site (The Tiki Bar ) I will be staying here again

Come for the pool, stay for the Tiki Bar! Lively atmosphere with a live band, great happy hour and good food.

This was a wonderfully renovated hotel. Our room was clean with a tile floor and new bedding, countertops, etc. The staff was extremely helpful. There was a tiki bar/restaurant attached to the pool area of the hotel with free breakfast, which included fresh baked bagels. We had a great time and will stay again next time we are in the area.

Third year staying with this resort. The pool and over all atmosphere is very tropical and relaxing. The adjoining Tiki Hut has fantastic food and wait staff. The complimentary breakfast is awful. It either needs to have items added or get rid of it completely. The beds and pillows need to be upgraded but the condition of the room and housekeeping are great.

Good location on cape coral. ...poolside 5 feet from tiki bar is great

Will definitely stay again. Rooms are nice employees are great. Clean spacious newer rooms. Tiki bar/restaurant is a must as well.

Room with tile floor good for beach goers. Clean, simple. Our budget room was on street side and had some traffic noise, esp. in early morning. Poolside rooms definitely preferable. Pool area and restaurant/lounge nice and convenient, well screened from street. Complimentary continental breakfast very basic. Our room had an interesting, quirky shower fixture (with great rain shower head) that took us some time to figure out how it operated, despite labeling. A call to the front desk would have given an immediate and simple explanation. We arrived in the evening and the receptionist was extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient with our check-in.

Good pricing to be within 10 to 40 mins of all sorts of beaches, shopping, restaurants. Hotel Is old school style, but with updated bathrooms and nice basic rooms. Courtyard has a nice pool and the tiki bar has great food and drinks if you don't want to venture out. The only minus is the $2 toll every time you take the bridge to the ft. Myers side. Otherwise the location is great for getting over to Sanibel or the outlets.

Loved the place, except for the beds. I had read this in another review and just figured he was a bed snob. Nope, woke up with backaches due to the cheap, old mattresses. Everything else was wonderful...the staff friendly and helpful, the room clean, convenient parking, nice lobby, the keys were a little funny...had to have them reset twice. Cute Tiki bar, continental breakfast a but skimpy, but still nice ti have. Best thing for sure is location...so close to bars/restaurants and 6 min drive to CC Yacht Club public beach. I'd stay again if I heard they invested in new beds, with headboards.

Better then I expected. Check in was a easy, the room super clean and great price. Would definitely recommend.

Room had an odor. Plumbing issues. Noisy. Could be much cleaner. No microwave. Poor breakfast.

Visiting family and tried this hotel. Was very pleased with it. Mostly we stayed at another local hotel but found this one to be much better.

Wr n=ded a hotel for one night, and thisvwasvperfect

Room was adequate, clean. Our phone didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable. Room was very clean and had been updated.

Overall the rooms and facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast needs some work and the 12 channels on TV were not sufficient. There were not any movie channels and not even any sports channels. No ESPN???

the staff was ok, hotel was nice. loved the pool and the bar. reasonable prices would recommend.

Used as stated above. Last day of vacation. Within a half hour drive to RSW.

Not good. The staff was not there after 11. They give a number to call if anything is needed after 11 and I am still waiting for them to call me back. The breakfast had a very limited choice. You have a parking pass but fun JD yourself fighting the local crowd parking in hotel spots to go the bar so you end parking across the street.

The location is excellent. The Lounge is excellent. The breakfast was Good.
