We were very happy with our stay at this property.We appreciated the marble and granite. Furnishings were very nice also as was the view. The kitchen provided all that was necessary to cook our meals.Would be more than happy to recommend lovely home

Great Stay--- nearly perfect!

This is a great house-- a really great house. They layout is great and the finishes are high end. The pool area with the TV and restroom are really special. We had a great stay with our nephew and there was plenty of space for everyone. Having access to the garage for parking is much appreciated. We would recommend this house for sure! We had a couple of questions for the management company and they didn't seem to be intimately familiar with the property and the emails from them made mention of a "welcome binder" that wasn't present. I have a few suggestions for improvement for the owners (hard to know with a brand new house unless you stay there) but would rent again as-is for sure!

Great property and location

We stayed the last week of February. The weather could not have been more perfect. The house was beautiful and the layout used the space well. Everything is basically brand new. The outside area, including the beautiful pool and the lanai was gorgeous - my only recommendation there would be to add two more lounge chairs - there were only 3 of us but only two lounge chairs so it was a battle to see who would get stuck in a regular chair. This property allows dogs. We brought out two dogs and although the neighborhoods around the house are fine with plenty of side walks for walking dogs, the best part was the "hidden" trail across the street from the house (to the right of the school that is across the street). You can sort of see the trails from the sidewalk but if you walk in a bit to the right of the high school there are amazing walking trails for you and your pets. A total bonus! Overall I think the house was perfect for us. We did drive over to the beach at night for dinner - still plenty of things closed due to the hurricane but there were restaurants and shops open and a beautiful beach. It's about a 30 minute drive. I would also highly recommend Cape Coral Kayak for a fun outing with kayaks or standup paddle boards.
