The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!

This hotel is 5 star, beautiful, clean, friendly staff, rooftop pool/bar was a winner for my friends and I. The 360 views of the city were incredible. Breakfast was delicious, cocktails were amazing. Rituals products in the bathroom smelt amazing and the added touch of the bath Bomb was very thoughtful! Wine, homemade lemonade and a jar of fruit was a very pleasant surprise when delivered to our room complimentary! Brilliant central location, just wish we had longer! Will be back!
