We booked this place at the last minute when our Airbnb didn’t work out and it was a real life saver. Great location, amazing staff, and a lovely little pool at the front. We would stay here again, especially to have their amazing breakfast in the morning!

Parking was not free!

This hotel was a great location for our visit. It was close to great dining, the waterfront etc. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast. The negatives; Hotels.com pulled up, through our filters, hotels that included free breakfast and free parking. Parking ended up costing us $15/night at the hotel and there were no more than 6-7 spaces. Very disappointing but we must blame Hotels.com for this error that ended up costing more than was promised. Going forward with my hotel bookings with Hotels.com, I will try to confirm with hotel what appears on Hotels.com site.

Hotel in Cannes

We were greeted by friendly staff upon our late arrival from the airport. We were able to park at the place hence the parking fee of $15 applied to us at checkout. The breakfast was not good for vegans as it was just carbs, meat, and cheese so we ate elsewhere. The pool looked inviting which was in front of the hotel but we only stayed for one night and didn't use it. It was closed at night. When we left there were a couple of families using it in the morning. The hotel is near some great walks which we took upon at night. This hotel is really nice for families with a car. WIFI was good.

Cosy hotel

I liked the ambiance of the hotel as it was very friendly and informal. My room was beautiful and looked out over a courtyard with a pretty garden with lovely flowers and plants where you could have breakfast. Everyone was helpful and it was very clean. I would definately go there again as it was close to the shops and beaches and much nicer than larger hotels. It suited me down to the ground and although it was very close to the main road I didn't hear any noise at night.

Short stop off

We stayed here for four nights on the way to a wedding nearer Aix en Provence. It was easy to get to using public transport. It is very near the Old Quarter but handy for the beach, shops, quay and restaurants. It is a bit of a climb to get there but we managed. We are in our mid sixties. After a day sightseeing we relaxed at the small but quiet pool area. WiFi was good but you have to log back on often. We had an enjoyable breakfast one morning but felt it was too expensive.

Horrible!!! Extremely rude staff and SCARY hotel!!

I rarely write reviews unless we have an awful or awesome experience. This one was in the awful category! We were exhausted when we arrived and were met with the most rude and unhelpful desk clerk imaginable. We were then led to a small room down a long, dark hallway. It looked like something out of a horror movie. I was definitely grateful my husband was along on this trip because I would not have been comfortable at all to stay there alone. We had to leave the next morning by 7:30 so my husband went to the front desk at 7:15 to ask if they had coffee available for purchase where he was met by another very rude desk clerk and immediately told, "no, nothing is served until 7:30 as you were told last night." Unbelievable!

Rude staff, good location

Nice hotel, but some of the staff (possibly the owner?) was extremely rude! There were two gentlemen that worked at the front desk that were very nice and helpful but the third one was awful. You felt as if you were bothering him by asking a question! Other than that, the hotel was fine, we had the family room with the terrace which was awesome, almost like a mini apartment. Really nice, with two bedrooms, living room and outdoor terrace. Really very nice. The breakfast was good, but the room itself is just adorable, very quaint and with an outside dining area also. The pool is very small but nice, however they charge you $3.50 euro to use a towel. Really? Overall, it was a nice stay, a short walk down to the beach (but uphill back to the hotel is not so nice) and in the opposite direction is the center of town, again a short 10 min walk, not so hilly.

Nice independent small Cannes hotel.

Brilliantly placed for a Cannes trip. Easy 10 minute walk from local restaurants and the sea front. Very quaint shops and eateries. Lovely little independent hotel. Small swimming pool to the front. Nice breakfast in a lovely conservatory or in the garden. Easy to get to all the local Cote D'Azur attractions. On site parking is €15 Euros a night which stings but it's normal for the South of France. Really lovely views from the upper floors. Recommended.

The hotel is very close to the beach 5-7 minutes walk, La Suquet area , view from cathedral over the port. We had a superior room with a great terrace and view . The room is small but we were able to handle it.Air conditioning , quiet , it was perfect for us We took breakfast in one morning because we considered it expensive for the offer , but the garden is great. #fail - Avoid!

Hugely disappointing. Extra charges all over the place (parking, local tax, etc...) despite a €250 room!! Wifi did not work. Breakfast omelette was uneatable (charged extra of course...) Room was very noisy next to main entrance! Avoid at all cost!
