The hotel located in the same building of ibis budget hotel. It faces the main road. Simple breakfast. The room is more comfortable than ibis but it cost more per night. There are a few cafe and restaurants along the main road within 400m. It takes less than 10 mins walk to the main train station and the shopping site in Cannes.

happy stay and happy family . we stayed for almost one week and appreciate the staff especially Rana Mulla and Glorie Ann also harder. pool is very nice and clean rooms as well we will book again here and hope to see you guys

Really nice rooms with a nautical theme very clean very efficient and friendly staff hotel very close to all amenities including station giving you access to Monaco and Italy one way and Antibes a ice the other way would use again

Came here on business, group of 18 people. We were given the suites on the 7th floor holding 3 people in each room. Comfy rooms with clean facilities. Great location; 15 min walk to beach. Service by the first female receptionist who served us was fantastic! Gutted I didn’t get her name, she was very patient and accommodating and spoke good English! Service was pretty poor- standard every other day as I didn’t see her after the first night we checked in. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. But location is good and parking for €18 per day underground. It was more than average but not 4* more like 3.5*

Check-in and check-out super easy. Room (for 3) super large and fully loaded with amenities. Staff are nice and responsive. On the downside, only 1 elevator for the whole hotel. This was annoying at certain points in time of the day. Room cleaning was done fast, but only after we had to call front desk after 13:00. Location was not bad, but a good 10 minute walk from the center, and slightly uphill when approaching the hotel.

this is our 10th visit to Cannes and we always come back and stay at Novotel suites. There have been changes over this time. it's very good value for money. I would suggest they change the plastic cups they use as they are not good for coffee. we were dissapointed there were no hand cream, for use in the room.

The hotel rooms are amazing. Really specious AC is good . bathroom shower head is not clean ( attached a picture ) if you scratch the black thing with a towel it will be clean . One elevator for all floors and staff . Staff tells you ok on everything you want and act like they know what you want then you’ll be surprised that they did nothing regarding your request simple thing like a wake up call !! Or calling you a taxi . We gave them notice half an hour before the requested time and yet waited 10 minutes outside the hotel and no taxi was there !! They decided that the taxi that arrived wasn’t for us ( note that they gave the taxi driver a room number that wasn’t ours or the other family which was waiting) . Easy checkin and checkout . Breakfast is ok

It was our third in a row summer stay. It is still very practical for a family: space, aircon, microwave, shower and bathtub, seperate toliet. There is a solit curtain for some privacy. Window opens wide double glazing and blocks traffic noise. We have been upgraded to executive suite as elite member of Accor. When we were booking we could not figure out the difference but now we see it is about being in the corner and upgraded amenities like free minibar (non alkoholic), biscuits and aromatheraphy capsuls. Well worth for our next booking. Minuses is one small lift and house keeping only getting to clean our room at 4 pm. But pluses still outweigh minuses so see you next summer.

First off i would like to say that we've stayed at several of Novotels properties - in Paris, Barcelona, and in Monaco. i must say that this one was very different. location was good , not far from the beach , train and markets or the La Crosiette 10 min walk . they're a couple of markets around if you travel with your little ones and need after hour snacks. there's a lil store once you turn right half block down that stays open really late, the monoprix and other market is like ten minutes away but close early.. the train station is close and you can get to nice, antibes and monaco fast on the train. the rooms are spacious and was clean, they serve breakfast which is a fee if you didn't book with your hotel package prior. no pool which was a bummer. they do have a lounge area which is cool but at night its bugggs in the court yard. over all its good for a few days stay in Cannes not 9 days like i booked. :(

Myself and my daughter stayed here for a week in July. Very easy to find, we flew into Nice Airport and caught the 210 express bus to the bus station in Cannes, the hotel is situated about 8 minutes walk up hill. The hotel is clean, well presented, staff were friendly and helpful, our room 812 was a good size, complete with, shower, bath, separate toilet, dining area, small kitchen area with sink, microwave and small fridge, everything you needed. There is a grocery shop (Carrefor) across the road, on the way down the road to the beach, which is 10 minutes walk is small cafe bars, deli, clothes shop, pharmacy, Pizza Hut, KFC, hairdresser etc. It’s situated in a great location! Although it is a slight hike walking back up from the main strip and beach to hotel, so not ideal for people of ill health, mobility etc, But we enjoyed our stay, only negative is the lift only one in the building, but not too bad, I would stay in this hotel again !.. 🙂
