We couldn’t have asked for a better location or hotel for our stay! We were two adults travelling with five kids, and had the main floor suite. The accessibility was perfect and the rooftop hot tub was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

This place is awesome! Perfect location, condition and an awesome stay. I have 2 minor criticisms (and only one of them is truly a criticism): 1). I wish I could have stayed longer. Canmore is wonderful and I would have loved to stay for a week, a month or even a year. 2). Having a washer/dryer in the suite is excellent. I would have preferred a laundry detergent that was free from perfumes, etc. I know that Tide is pretty standard, but it carries a pretty significant smell with it that we don't care for. Using a detergent that is free from all perfumes would have been even better. All in all, this place is fantastic and I would love to stay again.

The room was clean and well decorated. It was nice to be able to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed. My only complaint is that the room is not very soundproof. I felt like I could almost constantly hear people walking around. It kept me up when I wanted to go to sleep and then began again very early in the morning. I would recommend that the property supply ear plugs for sleep. Other than that it was great.

Very disappointed that they closed the hot tub 25 hours before our stay, we ONLY stay at places with a hot tub and had no time to find a replacement. If Basecamp didn't have such an impersonal check in procedure then I would have spoken with someone about the hot tub and possibly found out in time about the hot tub in order to cancel. Also we were very disappointed to find that the room has no drawers or any closets for clothing, only 3 hangers and 6 coat hooks, that should be disclosed in the room description, we were forced to have to live out of our suitcases. I can't imagine more than 2 people and their belongings in there like a family of 3-4 on a ski vacation! I would only use this as a last resort for a one night stay for 1-2 people because the location was great, and there's a hot tub sometimes.

Lovely apartment, more spacious than expected and worked really well for our needs. Easy check in process. Just make sure you have the right location because there are 3 basecamps in Canmore that have very similar names. Only downside is there was no bedding for the pull out couch and we didn’t realize this until extremely late, and it would have been annoying to call for some when there is no lobby/reception on site. There was also no ice machine that I could find, but was able to buy some close by. Otherwise I will really enjoyed it and would stay again.
