Smaller scale, adults only all-inclusive was a delight. Was not overly busy so quite relaxing. Food was good quality, pools and beach were great. Would stay again, which is saying a lot because I love the food on the island so much that this was the first time I’ve done AI here.

We had issues with our penthouse suite. Items were breaking and our front door would not shut. We asked several times and the guy at counter didn’t care. We came back one night and our room door was wide open. All the beer at pool was very warm and not cold. The sodas were flat with no taste. Bartenders not friendly throwing things around. I would not stay her ever again. It is convenient for shopping

Rooms were small, so noisey heard traffice until early morning hours. Loud carts and motor bikes. The food was not vety good and my wife was sick all night with stomach issues. No place to escape the out foors as everything was outside except in your room The showet had missing and loisr floor times. Told them it was our 40th wedding anniversary. They didn't even acknowledge it. Would not recommend this to anybody

The resort was really nice, but for an adult only it would have been nice to have it a 21 plus. We had a group of 20 or so 18 year olds that were overly loud and kept multiple guests up throughout the night. We didn’t do all inclusive and it was super affordable to hang at pool all day with drinks!

The staff, namely Alex, Edwin, Dani, Patricia, Antonio, and Diego are so efficient and engaging! They work so hard to make our stay an over the top experience!! The property is maintained and pristine. The beach is private and allows for a full day of sun while the attention to service from staff just keeps getting better!!!! Try it, you won’t regret it!!

We will always choose Priveleges Aluxes for our stays in Isla Mujeres. First class beach, room, food, service and location. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. We used the condierge, Michelle, several times and he did everything in his power to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The Sabor is a great place for dinner, Satay was amazing and the Beach Restaurant was where we started each day...looking out over the ocean and enjoying an amazing breakfast. We will be back again and again!

We had a lovely time in Isla, we will come back and stay at Privileges! The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of great food. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Pools were clean and the beach offered shade and service. Thank you so much for a great, warm, relaxing week!
