Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 story with rooftop access Villa in a quiet and private residential setting, Quintas Laguna Real. Location, location, location! Close to everything. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with king size bed 2 large closets and huge TV, 2nd bedroom with King size bed 2 large closet and big TV. Spacious and comfortable TV room with huge TV. Washer and dryer, stove with oven, coffee maker, nespresso, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, toaster, blender and all utensils. Fabulous rooftop with excellent views and sitting/sunning area. Yacht optional.
