The apartment has 4 fully furnished units, including a 1-bedroom on the first floor, a 2-bedroom on the second floor, a 2-bedroom on the third floor, and a 2-bedroom on the fourth floor. All 4 apartments are available for rent. Our property also features a private swimming pool, bar area, outdoor dining area, garden, grilling area, sunbathing area, and rooftop with ocean view. We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We originally booked a smaller apartment in this 4-plex, but Diana offered us a larger apartment on the spot at check in. The neighborhood has a 24 hour security guard and a gate so you are very safe here. Close access to Puerto Juarez Ferry and there is a beach across the street from the neighborhood with bars and restaurants.
Stayed 3 nights in Oct 2025
