To make matters worse, upon arrival, no one attended to my family. Given the rate of over $1,000 per night, I expected the 5-star service you advertise. While the physical facilities are acceptable, the quality of service has been subpar—even for the peak season. This experience barely reflects the standards of a 5-star resort, feeling more like a 3.5-star establishment.
