Good location but average experience
Property was neat but not well cleaned. We could tell the floor was dusty and not vacuumed properly. On top of this, there was no broom or vaccum at the property for us to self clean.
Our booking was for 6 people, however, only 3 bath towels were provided and 1 of them had a strange mushy smell.
When we contacted the property manager, solution offered was to wash towels in the provided washer / dryer. I am not sure if we were expected to wait for each towel to dry before the next person could use them. Apparently, we were told this was due to sustainability which made no sense.
On the positive note, property location was convenient and close to Belconnen town centre and mall. Good and effective ducted heating on both floors.
Lastly, point to note, 3rd bedroom has an inflatable double bed which was not mentioned in the ad. We managed with the kids but not recommended for adults as you may wake up with a sore back.
