The room was spotless.The beds were comfortable. The pool and gym area was great for a daily keep fit. The Arrivals reception area on the 15th floor had amazing views looking out over the parliament buildings area. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Ayesha stood out she was extremely helpful.

This is my third year in a row staying in this hotel and it never disappoints. The staff were super attentive and welcoming, which is impressive considering it's one of the busiest and most chaotic weeks of the year in Canberra (Summernats car festival). The hotel is always clean, very well presented and comfortable. We are just about to book again for next year's trip. A huge thank you to manager Emily and her team.
