Campo Viera Vacation Packages

Everything was ok but it was so annoying to be waken up at 7:am in Vegas to the loud voices of the 2 ladies cleaning the floor where my room was. They would yell at each other from one side of the hallway to the other. On a small vacation break wanting to sleep in and relax was not possible!! :(

The service at this hotel is truly what makes me rate it 5 stars. Every single person on staff is so helpful. The pool area is beautiful and clean. Rooms are simple but have all the amenities you need — dry cleaning, daily house keeping, fully stocked mini bar, restaurant, etc. Valet always brought our car quickly. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would come back!

Clean room, very easy check in, no issues at all. Will be rebooking next time we’re in town!

Last night (11-17-2025) after a night of walking the strip, i went back to the hotel a little after midnight (11-18-2025). Entering the casinos, i quickly noticed people sitting in front of the gambling machines that were turned off. Apparently, the hotel had some sort of power outage. What was odd, the TVs were on. I approached a security guard at the elevators. She adviced the crowd that the elevators are working but they could not take a chance of allowing folks in them. So, we were told to use the stairs. My floor was on the 22nd floor. By the time i reached my floor, i was sweating. It was a heck of a workout. Again, this after walking the strip ALL night. Before going to bed, i decided that a hot shower is necessary. I turned on the hot shower faucet. NOTHING was coming out. Same with the sing hot faucet. I waited til 2:30AM for the hot hoter to work. It did not. So i went to bet all sticky. I have no idea what the hot water and the power outage olin the casino are connected. In the morning, before checking out. The hot water worked fine.
