O Anfitrião Leo foi sensacional, super atencioso e nos deixou bem a vontade. O Lugar é sensacional, parece uma pintura de quadro, ambiente maravilhoso, tranquilo, o único som a se ouvir é dos passarinhos. Fomos para trabalhar a internet nos atendeu super bemA Casa é bem ampla, super confortável. Que pena que acabou, porém já estou me programando para voltar.

Sabe quando vc tem aquela vontade de compartilhar algo que foi maravilhoso? Então, este é o sentimento!!! Primeiramente vou começar a falar do anfitrião Léo, que pessoa admirável, atenção desde o inicio e durante todo o período, de uma educação ímpar , prestativo ,confiável e lhe passa a sensação que você o já conhece a muito tempo, tipo amigo! Em relação a o local , imóvel, digo seguramente que, se você procura um lugar para descansar, seguro, com muita privacidade, esse é o local, muito verde, pássaros em meio montanhas, que clima perfeito. Tudo remete ao estilo colonial, desde a região, a vista e a casa, alias, a casa, como dito, estilo colonial, rustico, muito bem equipada, que agrega conforto e muito aconchegante! Área de lazer muito funcional, tudo limpo, enfim, não direi tchau, digo, volto em breve! Obrigado Léo! Abraços

Tranquila e agradável.

Casa com ótimos espaços nos cômodos, picina próxima a área da churrasqueira deixa a chácara muito funcional. Ela fica afastada da cidade próxima a fazendas da região proporcionando silêncio e segurança. O dono (Léo) nos deixou muito a vontade fazendo com que nos sentiremos em casa. Toda família foi embora com desejo de ficar por mais alguns dias.

Sensacional e extremamente limpa

O Leonardo foi muito cordial e sempre esteve disposto a responder rápido qualquer coisa. Localização excelente, a chácara estava muito bem cuidada manutenção em dia e muito limpa. Quartos sem cheiro de guardado ou velho, pelo contrario parecia que a casa é limpa com muita frequencia, no nosso grupo havia pessoas com rinite, inclusive eu e nenhuma delas deu nenhuma reação alergica ao entrar na casa (espirro, irritação nos olhos coceira na garganta) nada nada. Área da churrasqueira é extremamente aconchegante, levamos alguns cobertores para aquela área e ficamos até altas horas da madrugada conversando. O Leonardo disponibilizou lenhas caso quisessemos fazer uma fogueira e acatamos a ideia hahaha... fizemos uma fogueira bem legal e curtimos com um som e vinho durante a noite e inicio da madrugada !!! O acesso é feito por uma estradinha de terra, parece ter menos de 1km é muito perto da estrada asfaltada e é bem tranquilo de andar nela, qualquer carro passa (tenho um 307 e ele passou de boa). Fomos em 8 pessoas e 1 cachorrinho e todos ficaram muito bem acomodados, diria até que sobrou espaço !!! Com certeza recomendo e pretendo voltar em breve ... Show de bola e parabéns para o Leonardo que é um excelente anfitrião.

A chacara é ótima, bem localizada , estruturada e limpa, passamos um feriado com conforto , tranquilidade e muita paz.
