A comida não estava boa, nem o jantar, nem o café da manhã. De manhã não havia água quente. A porta tem uma fresta embaixo por onde entra luz, portanto o quarto não ficava escuro. Pelo menos a cama era boa.

Atendimento muito cortês por parte de todo o pessoal, especialmente a recepcionista Rose, quem me liberou o quarto antes do previsto e atendeu minhas necessidades Beto no restaurante me brindou um serviço 5*****, com grande conhecimento do seu posto de trabalho e muito gentil Hotel com instalações impecáveis, no quarto tudo funcionando perfeitamente, equipamentos novos; limpeza e cheiro muito agradáveis Agradeço também ao Fernando, quem me assistiu no check out e me passou muitas informações de forma muito solícita. Se tivesse que dizer da única coisa a melhorar, seria a piscina pois não pega sol na maior parte do tempo, mas de qualquer forma o espaço é de qualidade Uma excelente experiência que penso repetir muitas vezes !!

Hotel Bristol Infinity, um ótimo hotel, ao lado do Hospital Unimed em Rio Claro/SP. Hotel amplo, climatizado, organizado, bem iluminado, com toda infraestrutura para uma ótima experiência. Na Recepção, tanto no check in como no check out foram rápidos e eficazes. Os atendentes são atenciosos e super educados. Restaurante amplo e aconchegante, ótimo Café da manhã com produtos de qualidade, no jantar existe uma variada gama de opções com preços competitivos, funcionários atenciosos, educados e solícitos. Acessibilidade para todas as pessoas. Quarto é amplo, climatizado, limpo e moderno. Existe cofre, frigobar e mesa de serviço. Banheiro Limpo, cheiroso, contendo tudo para um excelente banho. Tem estacionamento coberto e descoberto gratuito. O Hotel ainda conta com Academia, piscina descoberta, SPA, salas de reuniões e eventos (1° Andar). Hotel está muito bem localizado na Rua,13 esquina com av.14 e 16 - Santa Cruz, Rio Claro. Com certeza Recomendo.

Conforto e qualidade

Hotel super confortável, café da manhã com várias opções de alimentos, bem servido, ambiente agradável, quartos limpos e amplos. A academia possui equipamentos novos, todos em excelente condições de uso. O atendente do turno da noite foi muito solícito, atencioso e educado. Recomendo esse hotel para todos que optam pelo conforto e comodidade. Há um supermercado na esquina para quem precisar.
