Even the ‘Superior’ room has maintenance issues. Bathroom sink was partially clogged, shower box doesn’t hold the shower water - the bathroom gets very wet. Besides, I can’t believe they are not offering face towels to save costs…

Good location, staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a budget hotel, room is really small, only minimal amenities (soap bar and shampoo/shower gel), only one bath towel per guest and no hand towels, but staff gave me an extra one when I asked. Bed was comfortable. Surfaces in the room (floor and table) were dirty and sticky. Air conditioner worked super well, which was great as we're having a heat wave. There was a mini fridge in the room that worked super well to keep water very cold. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good, with fruits, cakes, breads, cold cuts and some hot items. I would recommend this hotel for a younger generation.

Quarto 106 cheiro de esgoto. Cama super desconfortável, os 3 hospedados saíram com dor no pescoço e lombar. Além disso, a nova lei do checkin e checkout não está sendo considerado, pois a portaria determina 24h menos 03h horas a partir da entrada do hospede. Assim, o checkout era 12h por regra e ainda foi mencionado que a extensão do horário para 13h00 era uma "cortesia" do hotel, caso contrário se paga por late checkout. Sendo que o horário para checkin definido é 14h. Outro ponto, faz cobrança de taxa de cachorro e não tinha nem tapete e pote de agua para eles. PRecisa melhorar e muito a hospitalidade e infraestrutura.
