"A great budget option for staying in Oaxaca. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and it was lovely having home cooked eggs on the rooftop each morning and a cheap beer from the fridge in the evening. Rooms are small and a bit dated, but the price and overall vibe of the hotel made up for that. We did have an issue on the first night with the toilet cistern overflowing but the staff member on duty came to sort it straight away. Location is ideal for an easy walk into the centre, and there are several great food options nearby. We recommend Humar for amazing fish tacos."
