The space This is a brand new build. Totally up to date, spotlessly clean. Light bright and inviting! You will be totally separate from the upstairs guests. They have no access to your space and you have no access to theirs! This place is super cozy and comfy. Everytime I go down there, I want to find an excuse to stay. It’s warm, cute, and private to the max. We had so much fun with colours and light in this space. It’s exceptionally well lit, and we played with our colour scheme to make it relaxing, cozy, but still playful! This is a legal basement suite with separate heating and ventilation, separate smoke shield, separate temperature control, and even sound attenuation between the floors! Private and separate entrance! Even though there is sound attenuation, you may still hear the odd bumps, bobs, and noises that are associated with being in a basement suite. If you need perfect silence, this may not be the place for you. Guest access The space is totally yours. Enter along the righthand side of the house. Your private entrance is there labelled 994B Other things to note This is a legal secondary suite. It has separate entrance, separate heating and ventilation, separate smoke shield. It even has sound attenuation between the floors to reduce noise transfer and footfall. However, it is still a basement suite. So you may hear the normal bits and bobs that go with life in a basement suite. If you need perfect silence, this may not be the place for you. We supply a starter kit of home amenities.
