Pior custo-benefício que já tive em um Hotel

Essa foi a sexta vez que eu e minha família tivemos a oportunidade de ir ao Rio Quente Resorts. Todas as outras vezes saimos extremamente satisfeitos, não por acaso retornamos diversas vezes. Porém essa nossa última visita foi uma grande decepção. Embora a qualidade dos parques e da alimentação tenha continuado muito boa posso listar aqui uma série de problemas que tivemos que na minha opinião não condizem com o preço cobrado: 1- Quando chegamos fomos direcionados para um quarto horrível (paredes todas manchadas, cortinas furadas, aspecto muito feio mesmo); 2- Após conversa com a gerente pois eu não admitia ficar em um quarto como aquele fomos trocados de quarto. Porém esse quarto tivemos muitos problemas com o ar-condicionado, onde o mesmo ligava e desligava a cada 2-3 mintutos, além de ficar dando um apito extremamente irritante. O técnico foi ao nosso quarto 3 vezes e não resolveu o problema. Ao ponto de 2 horas da madrugada a situação estava impraticável pois não conseguíamos dormir e tivemos que ir à recepção para solicitar uma nova troca de quarto. 3- No terceiro quarto que ficamos tivemos novamente problema com o ar-condicionado que não gelava, apenas ficava ventilando. Novamente o técnico foi ao nosso quarto 4 vezes e não resolveu o problema. Ficamos decepcionados com tamanha incopetência da equipe técnica e decidimos ficar SEM AR-CONDICIONADO POR 5 DIAS para não recebermos mais o técnico. Por falta de espaço não consigo relatar os outros problemas que foram vários.

Infelizmente o quarto fornecido a nós estava com fechadura quebrada , a porta não travava direito deixando nós desconfortável pois chegamos no quarto por diversas vezes ele estando aberto , ar condicionado não funciona direito , Tv sem imagem ! Decepção

Esperava mais do hotel, considerando que a estrutura do Rio Quente Resorts é muito boa. Mas o quarto em que fiquei estava bem aquém do esperado. Quarto pequeno, colchão ruim, ar condicionado que não funcionava adequadamente, banheiro apertado, precisando de manutenção geral urgente, água do chuveiro com boa pressão, mas com pouca área de vazão. A grande vantagem do hotel é a proximidade com o Parque das Fontes. Fora isso, minha experiência foi melhor no Giardino, que fica fora do complexo, mas dá acesso a tudo, do que no Pousada. Uma ala de um dos andares estava reformada, mas não pude verificar o quanto essa reforma impactaria na minha avaliação e nem sei se é o objetivo deles reformar todo o hotel.

Adoramos as instalações e os parques. Os atendentes foram muito atenciosos. Foi uma experiência de muita descontração. Por ser um resort, com almoço incluído, achamos que no restaurante as sobremesas poderiam ser de melhor qualidade (sentimos sabores muito artificiais) e poderia ter opções de pratos com peixes frescos uma vez que Goiás tem excelentes pescados. Na cafeteria a qualidade dos cafés e acompanhamentos deveriam ser melhores.

We fly to GYN airport and it is over 2 hours (paid expensive transfer) to the hotel Pousada. My mother felt at one of the parks and got no assistance by park personnel, including life guards. I made an official complaint and no one called me to see what happened. Then, my daughter had a stomach intoxication and went to ambulatory. We noticed other kids and elderly people with similar problems. Again, no follow up to see if she was better. Few days after, we all got stomach bugs. Front desk personal were very young and not well trained. The food didn’t not match the high price of this resort. I am deeply disappointed and I would not recommend it to anyone.

It could’ve been so much better,

We had a wonderful time at this resort until it came time to check out. We were double charged for multiple items that were billed to the room and also the valet that parked the car put a dent in the door and somehow the car was out of gas, even though we gave it to the valet with a half a tank, almost as if someone was out joy riding in my car. The manager was no help with this and I am contemplating legal action. Most of the staff and the facility were amazing but it only takes one bad experience to ruin your stay.
