Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home in a small private complex of 11 homes with shared pool. The spacious property is fully equipped, finished to a very high standard and furnished in a contemporary style. As the house occupies a corner position, it has the advantage of a large terrace area facing south, which has beautiful views of the forest. The house is located in a quiet area, but less than 5 minutes from the beautiful protected bay of Sao Martinho do Porto, with sandy beaches, promenade, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.

Sehr gut: Zuschnitt des Hauses (Zimmer, Terasse),hervorragende Ausstattung der Küche,scharfe Messer, intakte Pfannen, großer sauberer Pool,gute Matratzen,Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter und sein Engagement, durch die Nähe zum Atlantik und die Lage auf einem Hügel angenehme Temperaturen,Homeoffice geeigneter Arbeitsplatz mit gutem WLan, Monitor, Tastatur, etc..Nicht so gut:Beschreibung im Portal nicht korrekt (keine Klimaanlage; kein wöchentlicher Handtuch- und Bettwäschenwechsel), gewechselt wurde nur einmal in 3 Wochen, schmutzige Duschvorleger wurden nicht gewechseltMücken im Schlafzimmer, sehr lästige Fliegen draußen.Verbesserungsvorschlag:Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern wegen der zahlreichen Mücken, gelegentliche Reinigung der Spüldüsen der Spülmachine, Austausch der verschlissenen Schneidebretter.Fazit: Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Salir do Porto mit Freunden und deren Kindern in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen.
