I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift.

Very disappointing and poor handling of problems We stayed for three nights. During the second day, the water was shut off for more than a full day. Til the next day... We could not shower. We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet. My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible. He said he would get back to us but never did. We expected much better for that price. There were also loose electrical outlets and only two outlets next to the bed. The shower had no proper curtain or screen. Water went all over the floor and there was no squeegee. The sheets did not feel clean and the bed was uncomfortable. Hotels.com only offered around €46 in compensation. We were three people. We feel that at least €135 would have been fair, which would be €45 per person. A few staff members were good. The cleaner was helpful and the man who met us during the night was very kind. But overall, the hotel was poorly managed and nobody seemed to take responsibility. I would not recommend this hotel.
