Our stay at this hotel in Cairns was wonderful. The place is beautiful and you can see different animals around, which makes the experience even more special. The service was 10/10, especially thanks to Sarah, who was very kind and helpful to us. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but overall it was a great experience.

The location was great, they gave us a standard room it was so old and there was mini ants everywhere we told reception and they upgraded our room but made us pay $100 which we did even though I thought they should do that, the updated room was great loved it.
